Carolyn Meyer is the Intended Parent Manager-Coordinator at PSED, where she brings nearly 15 years of experience to her role in the surrogacy and egg donation field. Originally from the Midwest, Carolyn has made Southern California her home for over 30 years, exploring a variety of careers before finding her calling in surrogacy and egg donation in 2009. Her expertise spans from the initial conversations with Intended Parents (IPs) to matching them with Surrogate Mothers and guiding both parties through their entire surrogacy journey until delivery. Carolyn's work has allowed her to witness the formation of wonderful families, an experience she finds truly amazing. Working closely with Dr. Jovanovic and the dedicated PSED team, she manages the journeys of Intended Parents, serving as their direct point of contact.

Dawn is an exceptional Surrogacy Coordinator at PSED, providing unparalleled support and guidance throughout the surrogacy journey. With a unique blend of personal experience and professional dedication, Dawn skillfully manages every detail, ensuring a seamless and nurturing process from start to finish. Her journey as a surrogate herself, spanning over 13 years, enriches her role, offering deep insight and empathy. A key figure at PSED for a decade, Dawn's passion for building families shines through her work. Married for 25 years with three children, she is known for her commitment in both her professional and personal life, also serving as a surrogate mother to 11 children through nine surrogacies.Her dedication extends into her community involvement, particularly in coaching volleyball, demonstrating her unwavering support for others in achieving their dreams.
Roshanda James
Egg Donor Manager-Coordinator
Roshanda James works as the Egg Donor Manager-Coordinator at Pacific Surrogacy and Egg Donation, and is the first contact for the Third Party division at the Tree of Life Center, handling the needs of Intended Parents, Egg Donors, and Surrogates. She brings a deep medical understanding and hands-on experience in third-party services, ensuring comprehensive support and guidance for families. Her personal experience with an Egg Donor enriches her ability to help families. Roshanda and her team are dedicated to offering hope, support, and detailed information to everyone involved, prioritizing effective care. She is also a devoted mother to two sons, balancing her professional responsibilities with her family life seamlessly.
Kristina Henderson, BSHM
Pacific Surrogacy and Egg Donation Manager
Kristina joins the PSED team with over a decade experience in healthcare management and administration, with a particular focus in the field of reproductive medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management with a minor in Business. Her expertise has been honed through significant roles at renowned institutions such as the Western Fertility Institute and the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine.
Kristina has developed a deep understanding of Reproductive Endocrinology and Third-Party Coordination, along with skills in strategic management and program development. As a systematic thinker, she provides a powerful problem-solving approach to assure the journey towards parenthood is as seamless as possible. She finds great fulfillment in assisting Intended Parents on their journey toward parenthood.
